Challenge Participant Entry Rules
Challenge Official Rules
Winner Selection: Winner will be selected by a Group of qualified judges and will involve the participation of your personal coach also. However the judges decision will be binding on your personal coach also. The judges are not participants of the challenge and they are neutral.
Judges will select the best overall transformation which may include weight loss, muscle gain, apparent slimming, muscle definition, increase in tone up and overall level of fitness improved during these 21 days.
Dieting Methods: We do not support or encourage and kind of extreme dieting methods that can put the challengers health at risk. Any participant/challenger found to be engaging in any kind of unhealthy and unsafe method will be immediately disqualified from the challenge and will lose all rights to anything whatsoever. Read the release document as a part of the rules.
Follow Ups: Every week your coach will provide you weekly follow up to ensure that the participant or coach is following safe and healthy transformation methods and that they are equipped with the best tools, habits and information the reach their desired goals.
Participation Agreement: Anyone willing to join the challenge must qualify and read and fill up a participation agreement before being allowed to enter the challenge and must also acknowledge the official and abide by the same.
Participation Fee: There is a minimum fee per participant to enter the challenge. This fee includes services mentioned earlier but not limited to proper coaching, accountability, inspiration and motivation.
Product Purchase Rule: Participant must have ordered at least the designated and mandatory Herbalife Nutrition Products in tandem with the coach/sponsor.
Prize in terms: The total prize to be given away is mentioned in the challenge format and will be distributed to the top participants. No single prize shall exceed Rs.50,000/- of worth of gifts. (The Challenge Coordinator reserves the right to change/alter, reduce, increase the participation fee at any time during the challenge)
Release Rules and Document: By participating in the challenge itself the participant including his/her family and spouse, the prize winner (if he/she wins a prize), if the participant is a minor then their legal guardians/parents in their jurisdiction of residence, agree never to file any kind of legal case and to release and hold harmless the “challenge coordinator/s”, judges, www.wetransformpeople.in, Wefit, AB FITNESS LLP, Herbalife Business, Sponsor, Coach, Herbalife Nutrition, Herbalife International India Pvt Ltd, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, (collectively the Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause or action, including but not limited to personal injury, death or damage to lives and loss of property, arising out of participation in the challenge or receipt of use or misuse of any prize.
Further to the above clause the participant by filling up the consent form of participation hence agrees to not challenge or enter into any dispute whatsoever relating to the challenge and shall not lawfully or legally involve any of the parties mentioned in the above paragraph.
General Conditions:The challenge coordinator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, modify the challenge in whole or any part of it without giving any reason thereof if any fraud, technical failures, act of God such as earthquakes/floods/natural calamities/Covid 19 or similar pandemics or epidemics, or any other factor/s that impair the integrity or proper functioning of the challenge, as determined by the challenge coordinator at their sole discretion.
If the challenge is terminated then the challenge coordinator at their sole discretion determine the winners from all non suspect eligible entries received upto (and/or after if applicable) time of such action using the judging procedure outlined above.
Challenge coordinator at their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individuals or group of individuals from participating in the challenge if the coordinator finds that such individual/s are tampering with the participation process of the challenge or daily operation of the challenge in whatsoever fraudulent manner that acts in violation of the terms and condition and official rules that may look unsportmanlike and disruptive to the healthy and ethical conduct of the challenge.
Therefore any attempt by any person to deliberately disrupt the legitimate operation of the challenge may be a violation of criminal or civil law. And should such an attempt be made the challenge coordinator reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including legal fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The challenge coordinators’ failure to enforce terms and conditions of these official rules of the challenge will not be considered as a waiver to this provision.
Limitation of Liability: Released parties are not responsible for:
(1)any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by participant, printing, typographical or other errors, or by kind of error/s arising out of or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the challenge.
(2) Technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, disconnections, in phone lines or network hardware or software
(3) Unauthorised human intervention in any part of the challenge process,
(4) Technical or human error which Amy occur in the administration of the challenge, the announcement of the prizes or any challenge related material/s
(5) Late, lost, undelivered, damaged or stolen mails or emails or parcels
(6) Any injury or damage to persons to property which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entrants participation in the challenge or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or
(7) Any interruptions and in postponement, cancellation, modification of the prize or challenge.
Challenge coordinator is not responsible for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, service providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled networks, or delayed computer transmissions or any combination thereof.
Disputes: By participating in the challenge the participant agrees to abide by the final decision of the judges and that the judges decision will be binding to all. This is non-profit venture so the entrant understand that there is no profit making at all.
Winner List: This challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, regulated, conducted or administered by, or associated with Herbalife Nutrition/Herbalife International India Pvt Ltd. By entering the challenge you understand that you are providing information to the challenge coordinator and not to Herbalife Nutrition/Herbalife International India Pvt Ltd. The release rules document is binding to all participants during and after the challenge at all times.
